Q. How Do I Place an Order?
A. Orders can be placed Online, or by Email, Fax, Phone and via Post. The office phone lines for sales are open 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday & on Saturdays 8.00am – 12.00pm.
Q. How Do I Place An Order Online?
A. Follow the following simple steps:
- Browse for the products you require using the product menu on the left, or the search tool in the top right of the website.
- Add the products and quantities you require to your basket.
- If you are an existing user log-in using your e-mail address and password. New users should register at this point, using the create account button.
- Proceed to the checkout, check all details are correct.
Make a secure payment on our secure server.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation to confirm your order.
Q. I Cannot Login?
A. Logins and passwords are case sensitive, so make sure you type using correct letters and CAPITALS if necessary. Also check that a zero (0) has not been mistaken for the letter O and vice versa. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us.
Q. I Have Forgotten My Password?
A. On the homepage of this site, on the account section to the right is a forgotten password link, here you can type in your email address and the details will be resent to you. If for some reason you are experiencing further trouble please contact us.
Q. What If I Cannot Find The Product I Am Looking For?
A. If you cannot find the product after using our product search please contact us by phone or email and we will assist in finding it for you, and provide the information needed.
Q. How Do I Pay?
A. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch, Delta and Solo, also PayPal is available as a method of payment.
Q. Are My Credit Card Details Kept Safe When I Place An Order Online?
A. Yes. All payment information is encrypted and then sent to the secure SagePay or PayPal servers and credit card numbers are further encrypted to prevent their fraudulent use. No credit card information is held within the Outland website or server.
Q. Can I Open Up A Credit Account With You?
A. Yes, if you meet certain critera. Just contact us via phone or email, and we discuss your options and send trade application form to you.
Q. Do You Offer Quantity Discounts?
A. Yes please contact us for a quote on large orders.
Q. I Have Ordered The Wrong Product?
A. Please return the goods unopened to: Outland Safety & Industrial Products, Merchants House, Vanguard Road, Gapton Hall Industrial Estate, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR31 0NL. We will then be able to check the goods and refund your card or account.
Q. Can I Purchase From The Outland Website Although I Am Outside The UK?
A. Yes you can. Please contact us with your quote or enquiry. We can arrange for your products to be delivered in a number ways including by air mail, shipping or a road delivery, giving you pricing options for each.
Q. Can you order other products in for me?
A. Yes we can. If you can’t find it... we’ll find it for you! Sometimes it can be hard to quickly find what you want. But don’t give up and assume we don’t have it – because we probably do! We will try and source any of your requirements, letting you know the options and prices available. Please contact us with your enquiry.
